How long will it take to process my order?

We process orders within 5-7 business days.

How will be order be shipped and how long will it take?

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days, you will receive an order confirmation email from us with the details of your order.

Can I get my order even faster?

Just email us prior to placing your order to discuss faster shipping options.

Can I track my package?

Yes all of our orders are shipped with tracking information.  An email will arrive when your order ships with your package’s tracking information. Please ensure that you check your SPAM account as sometimes they will go there.

Is my parcel insured?

Yes we provide insurance on all of our shipments.

Is there duty or customs on my order?

Customers in Canada and US will not have to pay any duty on their order.  International customers are responsible for any duty/customs/VAT charges inured.  If you unsure if you will have any additional import charges I suggest you check with your local postal outlet.
